Water delivery by subscription

Water delivery is nearly always a subscription already — it is just run through phone calls, messengers and a manager’s memory. All that is left is to take the manual part out of the chain.

Why water needs subscriptions most

The regularity is already there — only the automation is missing

A schedule instead of a phone call

The customer no longer has to remember that the water is running low, and you no longer need a manager on the phone. The schedule and the charges run themselves while the team handles logistics.

Routes are planned in advance

With subscriptions known a week ahead you can see the volume and the addresses before the van leaves. That goes straight into the delivery cost per bottle.

Bottle exchange becomes predictable

The number of bottles at each customer stays stable, so the return flow of empties can be planned as precisely as the outbound one.

Pumps and cups share the same cart

Accessories can join the subscription or be sold one-off: the cart handles both, so no separate shop is needed.

What the customer sees

With water, what matters is not tariff flexibility but being able to change the schedule quickly:

  • skip a delivery if there is still water left;
  • order an extra bottle outside the schedule;
  • change how many bottles come in the regular order;
  • pause during a holiday or renovation;
  • update the card without cancelling the subscription.

How to launch it in your store

Three steps, from the request to the first subscription

  1. Request and access

    You fill in the form, we get in touch within one business day and open access to the platform and a test account.

  2. The widget in your store

    A ready-made integration or the widget through the API — about 10 minutes on a finished module, a few developer hours on a custom site.

  3. Switch subscriptions on

    You pick which products are available on subscription. The customer chooses their own frequency from the ready-made options — from weekly to once in a few months.

Questions about water subscriptions

Yes. Nova Poshta is supported natively, but your own logistics work through the API: Neocarts creates the order on schedule, and where it goes next is your system’s decision.
The deposit goes on the first order as a one-off line, and the subscription afterwards charges only for the water. The cart handles one-off and recurring lines side by side.
Yes — an office and a home are normally two separate subscriptions with their own schedules, managed from the same dashboard.
