Vitamin and supplement subscriptions

A pack of supplements is almost always sized to exactly one course — 30 or 60 days. A subscription matches that cycle so precisely that what it really sells is not the product but the continuity of taking it.

Why subscriptions work for supplements

A product that arrives with a schedule already built in

The pack is the course

Thirty capsules are thirty days. The subscription frequency is not invented — it is read off the packaging, which makes it almost impossible to get wrong.

A break undoes the result

The effect of supplements accumulates, and a missed week sets the customer back. This is the strongest argument for a subscription in any category — and customers grasp it without explanation.

Several items in one course

Vitamin D, omega and magnesium are usually taken together. One subscription for the set means a higher order value and less chance the customer forgets to reorder one of them.

Seasonal courses are subscriptions too

An autumn-winter course over three or four months is a subscription with a known end. It can be offered as its own format and extended afterwards.

What the customer sees

Taking supplements is not always a steady process, and the dashboard has to allow for that:

  • skip a month if the course was interrupted;
  • change what is in the set between deliveries;
  • stretch the interval if they do not take it daily;
  • pause once a course finishes;
  • come back to the subscription without signing up again.

How to launch it in your store

Three steps, from the request to the first subscription

  1. Request and access

    You fill in the form, we get in touch within one business day and open access to the platform and a test account.

  2. The widget in your store

    A ready-made integration or the widget through the API — about 10 minutes on a finished module, a few developer hours on a custom site.

  3. Switch subscriptions on

    You pick which products are available on subscription. The customer chooses their own frequency from the ready-made options — from weekly to once in a few months.

Questions about supplement subscriptions

Yes. A three-month subscription is set up the same way, and once the course ends the customer pauses or cancels it from the dashboard — with no need to contact support.
A subscription changes nothing about what you say about the product: it is only a way of paying and delivering. The copy on the product page remains under your control and your responsibility.
They swap the product inside the subscription for the dosage they need. The schedule and the charges stay exactly as they were.
