Flower subscriptions for florists and flower shops
Flower subscriptions already exist in Ukraine: dozens of studios sell a weekly bouquet for the home or office. Almost all of them do it by hand — an invoice once a month, a reminder in a messenger, a spreadsheet of dates. A subscription with automatic charges removes exactly that manual work; it does not change your product.
Why subscriptions work for flowers
A product that is already bought on a schedule — for the home, the office or as a gift
The rhythm is already there
A bouquet lasts a week or two, and the customer knows it. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly cover almost every client — and those are most likely the frequencies you already offer.
A month's prepayment is a barrier, not a perk
The typical flower subscription is sold as “4 bouquets for 4,800 UAH up front”. Charging per delivery lowers the entry threshold: the customer does not have to decide a month ahead, and stays longer.
A seasonal box instead of a fixed bouquet
A subscription does not have to be for a specific arrangement. “Seasonal bouquet, size M” gives you freedom to buy whatever the market has this week, and gives the customer the element of surprise that flower subscriptions are valued for.
Offices and gifts use the same mechanics
An office needs a reliable delivery every Monday; a gift subscription is one person paying and another receiving. Both are an ordinary subscription with a recipient address — no separate processes.
What the customer sees
Flowers are an emotional purchase, and the subscription has to leave a sense of control. From their dashboard the customer can:
- pause deliveries for a holiday or a business trip;
- skip one week without cancelling the subscription;
- change the frequency or the bouquet size before the next delivery;
- set a different address or recipient — for a gift or an office;
- update the card if it has been reissued.
How to launch it in your studio
Three steps, from the request to the first automatic delivery
Request and access
You fill in the form, we get in touch within one business day and open the merchant dashboard and a test account.
A subscription on your site, or without one
The widget on your site if you have one, or the Neocarts checkout page linked from Instagram or from a product page on a site builder. A developer is only needed for the widget.
Set up bouquets and frequencies
You add the subscription items — say, three sizes of a seasonal bouquet — and the frequencies you allow. Nova Poshta shipments are created automatically; your own couriers are connected through the API or run from the day's order list.
