Farm boxes by subscription
A vegetable box from this week's harvest is the most natural subscription of all: you decide the contents, the customer only picks a size and a frequency. Farms already deliver such boxes on Tuesdays and Fridays — but collect the orders anew every time, in a messenger. A subscription makes that stream predictable for both sides.
Why subscriptions work for farm produce
A weekly harvest and weekly demand — all that is left is to connect them
The contents change, the price does not
“Box L for 450 UAH” is a subscription to a format, not a list. What goes inside is decided by the week's harvest. The customer gets seasonality as a feature, and you get the freedom to pack the box from what was picked today.
The harvest is planned against confirmed demand
The number of boxes for next week is known before you go out into the field. No “we will pick and then see how many order” — the charges have gone through, the volume is known.
The off-season is a pause, not a lost customer
In winter the box shrinks or disappears. Instead of losing the subscriber until April, you put the subscription on a seasonal pause or switch it to a winter format: preserves, root vegetables, eggs. The card and the dashboard stay.
Several sizes, one product
S for one person, M for a couple, L for a family — variants of one box at different prices, not three separate products. The customer changes the size in the dashboard when their household or appetite changes.
What the customer sees
Someone who buys from a farmer values the direct connection. The dashboard must not break it. The customer can:
- skip a week if the previous box is not finished;
- pause the subscription for a holiday;
- change the box size or the frequency from weekly to fortnightly;
- see when the charge went through and when to expect delivery;
- update the card and the address.
How to launch it on the farm or in the shop

Request and access
You fill in the form, we get in touch within one business day and open the merchant dashboard and a test account.
The checkout page or the widget
For a farm without a website — the Neocarts checkout page, linked from Instagram or Telegram. For a shop with a site — the widget on the box's product page, a few developer hours.
