Coffee subscriptions in your online store

Coffee is the most natural subscription product there is: it is bought regularly, predictably and in the same quantity. The only question is whether it is bought from you, or from whoever reminded the customer first.

Why subscriptions work for coffee

A product that runs out on a schedule the customer already knows

The consumption cycle is obvious

A 250 g bag is roughly two to four weeks for one person. The customer has nothing to calculate: they pick a frequency once and only adjust it if the coffee runs out sooner.

Freshness becomes an advantage

Roasted to order, the coffee arrives straight from the roaster. Instead of holding stock just in case, you roast against a volume of subscriptions you already know.

Rotating origins keep interest alive

A subscription does not have to be one product. The customer can swap the origin or the roast between deliveries — and the subscription gains a reason to outlive its first six months.

Grind is a parameter, not a separate SKU

The customer picks whole bean or a grind for their brewing method once, and every delivery afterwards matches. Mistakes on reorder simply stop happening.

What the customer sees

A subscription has to feel like convenience, not commitment. From their dashboard the customer can:

  • pause deliveries while they are away;
  • skip one delivery if the bag is not finished;
  • change the frequency from three weeks to a month and back;
  • swap the origin or the grind before the next shipment;
  • follow the Nova Poshta tracking and update their card.

How to launch it in your store

Three steps, from the request to the first subscription

  1. Request and access

    You fill in the form, we get in touch within one business day and open access to the platform and a test account.

  2. The widget in your store

    A ready-made integration or the widget through the API — about 10 minutes on a finished module, a few developer hours on a custom site.

  3. Switch subscriptions on

    You pick which products are available on subscription. The customer chooses their own frequency from the ready-made options — from weekly to once in a few months.

Questions about coffee subscriptions

For a 250 g bag — every three weeks: slightly ahead of what one coffee drinker actually gets through, so a small buffer builds up rather than a gap. The customer can change the frequency from their dashboard at any time.
Yes, and with coffee it works well: 10–15% off the usual price is normally enough to tip someone from a one-off purchase to a subscription. Subscription pricing is set separately.
You can see every active subscription and its volume in advance, so you roast against known demand. If an origin does run out, the customer can be told and offered a swap before the shipment goes.
